Thought Leadership

Innovation from Outside the Industry
Satyam’s foremost expert on innovation discusses how organizations can apply creativity and ingenuity from other industries to gain a competitive edge. He also lists numerous examples of organizations that have succeeded with this approach.

Design for Costing
Design for Costing is a streamlined engineering approach that begins and ends with a fixed price. It fosters creativity and helps companies develop truly transformational products, rather than simply enhancing existing ideas.

Green Engineering
Computers, cell phones and batteries are some of the planet’s most notorious culprits for high-tech trash. New designs, however, are making disposal of these items much less harmful to the environment.

Distributed Leadership
In an article for NYSE Magazine, Satyam Chairman B. Ramalinga Raju discusses the organization’s unique approach to building leaders faster than the competition.
